Really bad service

I have been dealing with Norman Sithole for the last month with regards to getting internet at my house he sent me a quote and i accepted the quote only to find out last week that fibre is not available in my area yet however he is going to quote me on LTE. Still waiting on the quote only to be told this mornings that LTE isnt available in my area eather. Really not impressed as i was under the impression that i would have Internet at my house already. I am loosing so much money as i am not able to do my work thanx to no Internet and no service from Vox telecom
