Really bad service

Good day This is really bad. We pay for a 200mgb Fiber line and dont even get 150mgb. We pay and Vox take the money but can not give what we pay for. Just last week I also published on HelloPeter about this matter and not even one response from Vox. Please tel me can you not give this service must I go to the consumers court about this, there is a reason why we have a 200mgb line and a reason whey I pay for it. This is really not acceptable. Can some one please help if you are interested in your client base.......!!!!!! Thanks Marius De Beer
