R4000 just to cancel service.

I wish I can give 0 stars. R4000 to cancel a service we never used. They didn't install ONE part in our home. Took them 2 weeks to get back to us. We decided to go with another provider who actually responds and delivers a service. R4000 to get them off our backs. Please people, they are ******* who are not out to deliver an honest service.
