Query Regarding Vox Discount Offer
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently contacted your Sales Department to enquire about the Vox deals currently available.
I was advised that I qualify for a discounted monthly subscription of R409.00 instead of R499.00 for a period of three months. However, I was further informed that, in order to qualify for this discount, I am required to pay a once-off fee of R230.00.
I must express my dissatisfaction with this arrangement. It appears that the once-off fee effectively offsets the savings of the discount over the three-month period, which raises concern as to whether this is, in fact, a genuine discount.
Kindly provide clarity on this matter and explain the rationale behind charging a fee in order to access a discounted rate.

Dear Sir/Madam,Further to my previous email, I wish to clarify that my concern is directed at Vox as a company policy and not at the Sales Consultant who assisted me. I am very satisfied with the service I received from the Sales Department.However, I remain dissatisfied with the structure of the so-called “discount” being offered. While it is presented as a reduced monthly subscription, the requirement to pay a once-off fee to access this discount effectively results in the customer covering the cost of the discount themselves.I kindly request that you review this matter and provide further clarification.
