Putrid Vox Telecom Service Provider!

We have been charged triple after trying to cancel this service for more than 2 months. Even following up on network issues is such a hassle. This service provider is one I would never use again. After providing a month's notice to cancel, a cancellation fee of 1.1k was charged (settled), a debit fee for the service was charged at 729 (settled), other small 'admin' fees, and now another service for the fee is going to be charged because 'it wasn't canceled before the 1st'. This makes no sense, I had to cancel the service due to not being able to pay for it any longer, and I still get charged for something I've disconnected entirely. Automated messages get sent after trying to follow up, and it takes me phoning after these pathetic people to find out what and why. I would never recommend this service provider to anyone.
