Putrid.

Pathetic service. I was a prospective client who was **** to that my service would be installed and operational within a week. It has been over 20 days since and I have not recieved any meaningful feedback and/or assistance. Their staff are tardy and expect you to chase after them as if you owe them a favour. I would consider porting to an ISP that actually understands and appreciates customers for their service.

Truly pathetic and fully aware of my employment nature and the urgency for reliable Internet access.
