Provider does not help client
The once I have asked for an extension on Services after all the delays I was refused. Vox is never concerned about keeping you connected to make up for bad service and installations. We pleaded and yet they still cut our services and we asked for a 6 day extension so we could address the matter to allow us to trade till then..businesses like this should not be supported or used as they will end smmes that pay later than scheduled and further more they do not assist even though you have multiple products on their platform
Atrocious services and assistance when you need it most.. DNT USE VOX TELECOM OR FROG FOOT WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. CRIPPLED MY BUSINESS IN 1 DAY..

In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
