Promised to down grade, stalling masterfully for months!!

These guys are absolute sharks, at your expense. They quick to talk,but there is no follow through. We were promised since Feb2018 they would downGrade the package to what was originally agreed to. Now we have been told that it should be done by Oct2018. This is the Telkom type customer service level. Terrible for the customer. Don't ever use these sharks!!!
