PRODUCT DO NOT DELIVER WHAT'S BEEN PROMISED

I arranged for VOX Yahclick Wireless to be installed at my house after another Telkom Cable theft in my neighbourhood. My two requests were that I needed to have my Vox fone working while I was on the internet and the second thing was that my speed needed to be round about the same as what I got from my Telkom ADSL line. On both questions the answer was positive. The installation was completed within about seven days from order and payment (I paid cash).<br> The next day I discovered the following:the phone does not work, that VPN won't work because of the long response time in the beginning of any session (The fastest was 812 milli seconds) and that I don't have a fixed IP for VPN. I was then telephonically informed by a VOX Technician that my response time would not get much better, if anything, than the 800 odd ms. I get between 12 and 15 ms on my ads line. They also could not get my VOX phone to work.<br> On the 5tn of Feb my Yahclick service was cancelled and VOX refuse to come and collect their product from my premises and they refuse to refund me.
