Prior installation view

<p> </p> <p>I recently investigated to contract with Vox Telecom for the installation of FTTH in Willow Glen / Equestria, Pretoria.</p> <p>I want to see a completed installation prior to our installation so that I can do the necessary planning on where it would be best to install, how all the “boxes” look, the length of the wires and how many power points will be needed.</p> <p>I did think that Vox Telecom will walk the extra mile to accommodate my request by enquiring at an existing client in the area if such a viewing will be possible - I would be more than willing to entertain such a request in future. </p> <p>Despite my request I did receive some photos and explanation from the consultant, but it doesn't enable me to get the full picture. Over and above this I understand that Vox Telecom's "box" will be installed after the installation done by OpenServe.</p> <p>An alternative would be to have mock installations at your branch offices to be seen by customers. </p> <p>I also sent a similar e-mail to OpenServe, but to my knowledge they have not responded to this request either.</p>
