Pricing Change without Notice

Two days ago I received an email from Danei Fyver who informed me that my current package would need to be downgraded to a 10Mbps because my area didn't support the 20Mbps package which was sold to me. Now the 20Mbps package was R342 which was a very good price, however the 10Mbps package is R425. This is an R83 increase for the half the speed.

Now i'm sitting with a statement of R862.97 that is due.
You charged me for the 20Mbps for the month of May R342
Then you charged my for the 10Mbps from 25 May - 1 June R95.97
And then you charged me for June for 10Mbps R425

First off, you cannot prorate me for a line speed package I never asked for. Also, you cannot change my billing amount. This is not very good customer retention. I was sold a package for R342 per month and that what it needs to remain at. Your service provider told you that you made a mistake, I never requested this change.

Please rectify my account and my billing asap.
Please feedback to me by tomorrow COB.
If I don't get feedback I'm loading a stop order on my account until this is resolved.
