Price increase / Download speed / Customer service

In 2021 I entered into a contract with Vox for a satellite internet 24 months contract at an amount of R1049 per month. They have since increased this amount, without notice, and against the 24 month fixed contract to R1733. This represents a 65.2% increase, on a FIXED contract, over 18 months. I have sent emails to the relevant '***' as well as '***' They have rep**** with a ticket number however no feedback. I have followed up on the ticket number and it is just an automated response however they just do not respond to the query. Furthermore, the download speed I pay for is supposed to be 5Mbps download, however I have never tested higher than 1Mbps. Most of the time it is around 0.3-0.7Mbps. Thus rating as follows: - internet speed : POOR - responsiveness to queries: POOR - increasing a 24 month fixed contract by 65% without agreement with the client: POOR.
