Price Increase AGAIN

Hope someone can help me and explain how VOX has decided to increase their fibre packages AGAIN, I signed up with Vox in June, installation took 20 years and after signing up at a set amount pm, my fibre wasn't even installed yet and I had the first increase, now being with you guys for 6 months there is another increase and an increase that is not even a reasonable amount, looking at a 14%?? How does this make any sense??

I am tied to you guys for 12 months for the installation cost but VOX can make stupid changes to their pricing, how is that even fair toy our customers? R914 for a 50mb line??
