Possibly the worst service ever

We recently relocated to a farm far out of town, and we were looking for an Internet service provider. We were told to try Vox. I looked them up online and found them. Searched for the coverage map and was told that there is coverage in the area. Naturally, I was delighted. So, I signed up. I was reluctant, however, because they required your banking details. I had previously sent them an email with a list of questions. To which I had no answer. So, studidly, I completed the online application. A day or so later, we were informed that, unfortunately, there isn't actually coverage in the area and we should look at wireless Internet options. Dissatisfied with the price range, we decided against it. The real surprise came at the end of the month when money was deducted from my account, despite being told there is no service in our area. I then proceeded to contact them and was told that they would deal with the matter on Monday. In the meantime, I stopped the debit order on my account. Monday rolled by, no response. By Monday afternoon I had recieved a further email in which they were requesting even more money due to the fact that I had stopped my debit order. For a service they cannot provide.
