POPIA Violations

I requested over a month ago that VOX delete my personal information, in line with the provisions made available by POPIA to consumers in South Africa.

My request was done for the specific reason that VOX had debited my bank account without providing a service (a service they later admitted they were unable to perform at all). I had to dispute this unauthorised debit order with my bank, and pay the applicable charges.

My request was ignored in its entirety by VOX, a direct violation of POPIA.

Another incompetence feather in the cap for VOX, that unbelievably were unable to perform one single task correctly with reagrds to my application, right down to being unable to collect a device from the exact location the device was delivered to, insisting rather I needed to visit a Postnet Branch in order to finalise the collection.

VOX is guilty of more than just poor service, they operate outside of the legal provisions provided to consumers in South Africa.
