Poos service delivery

I app**** for a Pure DSL line to be installed - gave the sales consultant all my documents - 2 weeks went by and have not heard anything from them - eventually got hold of them to only find out I was rejected - no calls or no sms from them!

It is really frustrating to even get hold of them!
