Poor/unsatisfactory service from Vox telecom. Warner Beach area.

I would have given them zero stars but you don't have that option available. Since installation until currently I have been complaining about coverage in our flat but with the little or no success. Now I'm being told I need to install another device at a cost of R3500 to get the required coverage. They make empty promises of sending technicians to resolve my problems or don't respond to my complaints at all. The installation is very poorly done with also a lot of lies being told. I have informed them of my intentions to report it on HelloPeter. It does not seem to bother them.
