Poorest service: VOX Telecom

This has been the most pathetic lack of service I have ever experienced in my life 1) When ordering a top up,I have waited 7 days for my top ups to activate THREE MONTHS in a row. This resulted in me spending over R1000 extra while I wait-just so that I can have internet. 2) I waited over a week for something as simple as a usage report. 3) Accounts mistakenly 'overlooked' my payment and sent me warnings of my account being shut down. I had to phone the accounts department for a week to point out their own mistake. 4) NOBODY answers the phone.

I am utterly disgusted at how much money and time I have wasted on this pathetic excuse for an internet provider.
