Vox should NOT even get a star - anyone thinking of using them as a provider - TURN AND RUN. They never respond to you, they will take your money quickly and you will be held into a contract for a service that works reasonably well, however they are not upfront with their terms and conditions. Invest in a legal team to read through the terms and conditions first! We want to move office space and are being CHARGED a ludicrous amount to move the fibre lines. JOKE after JOKE - especially since it took them 18 months to install the line in the first place. NEVER - BUT NEVER would I recommend VOX to anyone.
