POOR TURNAROUND TO RESOLVE ISSUES & TOO OFTEN SERVICE OUTAGES

I have had signed up for WIFI in Mar 2023 and since have had approx. 5 network outages in the last 9 months. my latest is a turnaround of 120 hours! which business is still existing with such a prolonged timeframe to resolve an issues. you wait more than 10min to get a hold of a agent at your own expense. very unreliable service and I have been with other service providers. by far VOX has been the worst. they should close down! whilst i am waiting days for the problem to be sorted, my installment remains unchanged with n service. how unfair.
