Poor technician service

I phone vox to get my fibre installed. First i battle to get the fibre guys out to install the omp box in house. Once they arruve after 2weeks of fighting they experience that my fibre line is damage. Frogfoot fixed is very quickly so the the battle start again to get vox out to activate my modem. Once they got that activate i battle to get the wifi to stop disconnect me once i am in the room. So i log a call again and the made apointment etc. Know i waste my whole day cause they cannot keep to appointment as they should have arrive at my place by 8am and it is 12 already and i am still waiting
