Poor sypport
Poor support. Regretting going with vox for my lte
Needed to change address sim is registered to. Tried to preempt the problem by calling in, twice but did not happen. Then logged no less that 3 support requests all of which have been completely ignored. Reference numbers below. As a result the sim is on its way to the incorrect address.
