Poor Speeds with poor customer service to match.

Many people complain about poor speeds but too be honest, speed can be a gray area sometimes. I know this because i used to work for an ISP. Vox however provides poor internet speed even late at night when there is supposedly no other traffic, and thats with a wired connection. I have a 50 MB line and I think I have not gotten more than 40mbps on the oddest of occasions. I highly recommend you dont choose Vox. I would also avoid Vox if you care for customer service as theirs is pathetic. Il give them 2 stars because they are atleast quite cheap.
