Poor Service Vox - No Fibre No communication
We have not had Fibre connection from Friday in Leopards Rest and reported this matter but it has not been resolved even this morning. This has truly been so frustrating as I work from home, had to resort to buying data with my phone and hotspotting which runs out very quick. Can someone at Vox kindly urgently advise when is this matter going to be resolved 4 days it's just unacceptable.
