Poor service Vox

I app**** for a phone from Vox for my elderly mother, so that she can call me in Chicago, more than 3 weeks ago, it took 2 weeks before that to get the details and being told that once paperwork was in place, it would take 3 days. My contact keeps telling me tomorrow, tomorrow, Friday, Monday. I called HQ and spoke to the Manager of that department, she promised to call me back that day. That was a week ago. To date no phone, no phone call and a lot of International call to cell phones cisting a fortune. Come on this is a pkug and play device.
