Poor service times, poor communication Vox Telecom

Extremely slow, disappointing service. These guys don't know what is going on, for the past 48hours I have been trying to get assistance and all they are able to do is pass you from post to pillar. End up waiting 15min each time and the call drops. Even tried taking out a new contract with them for Fibre couldn't get my details correct, can't answer on time. My advice is stay away from these guys.
