Poor Service Provider (Vox Telecom)

There after Service is so not on. To say it like this their is no after Service at all. I am running a business from home were I need Internet 24/7 and this week I have no Internet at all. After numerous Phone Calls nobody can help me. If that is how your service is going to be then I have no other choice then to cancel my contract
