POOR SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!
I have been complaining for months now, not having any WIFI yet getting billed every month. I email, phone and facebook message every day for the last month now, no feedback. 3 Tech have been at my house, still no WIFI. I need someone from VOX to phone me TODAY!!! Poor service is an understatement.
