POOR SERVICE & *********** VOX

Ordered their LTE offering to be met with a 6 week estimate turn around time which is quite ridiculous since LTE is plug and play and was told I'd get email updates. Called their customer centre spoke to an agent who tried being informative but I could sense their lack of customer service.

Thereafter I got a mail from very nonchalant "sales executive" Simphiwe Hlophe. Followed up just over a week only to be told I waited for nothing the order was cancelled they tried contacting me on my work number which is just BS how can I not be at work for over a week? No calls no emails no updates just incompetence. It's frustrating dealing with *********** & below budget providers like Vox. Happy to look for a more fitting provider and I hate the time they've wasted for me.
