Poor service ,ignoring emails
I have requested cancellation an i have been sending emails so i know when they will collect the devise an they ignoring my emails ,i want nothing to do with vox an i was told they cancelled my contract but i dont have date wen device will be collected ,very poor service VOX***6,can i get confirmation for cancellation an wen eill u collect your device
