Poor service from Vox Telecom fibre

I paid for the service in September 2020 and it was my notice month for the Fibre service. Vox decided to stop providing service on the 08 Sep 2020 whereas I already paid for the month.

Now they don't want to refund me the days that they did not provide a service.
