Poor service from Vox telecom

I am getting poor service from Vox. I don't have internet access for the past four days. I have written several emails, called but I am being told the same thing. I feel they don't care about customers. Its time that Hellopeter send/and or invite ICASA to start evoking ethics and governance of Vox telecom. Review businesses for the sake of reviewing is not helping us. Department of Communication must protect citizens against abusive companies.
