Poor Service from Vox
Hi,
I would like to log a complaint of the poor service I have received from Vox.
I have paid for TP-Link Mash to be installed at my house. I did this last week.
Everytime I call, I get different stories and new tickets are logged but no results.
Can you urgently send someone to install it?
