Poor Service from VOX

VOX telecommunication is the worst FTTH service provider I have had to deal with. They don't respond to your emails, and don't answer their telephone calls. The guys on the chatting platform are clueless. They make empty promises when trying to resolve the problem which is never fulfilled. I regret why SADV migrated me to this Internet Service Provider.
