Poor service from Vox
My order for fibre was placed mid December 2022. It is now almost the end of March and we still don't have fibre installed. Please let me know how you expect us to run a business!!! The temporary routers that you provided are either very slow or does not work at all. I have called, I have complained, I have emailed.... I have shouted, I have cried.... All I can tell my friends and family is please do not get Vox.... it is not worth all the stress and aggravation.
