Poor Service for installation and agents drops call in your ear

Absolute shocking service. Requested a line installation to be done and after a contractor had completed the fibre line to home installation, Vox is giving me the run around. Calls go unanswered, unreturned and when you do get through they drop the call after hearing the issue. My line has still not been activated.
