Poor service

Dear Vox

On Monday 25 October 2021, technicians installed my fibre line, they indicated that other technicians must fix something at the outside box before my line can go live. It's 3 days later and I'm still not sorted. Can you please escalate this matter and complete this installation as soon as possible.
