Poor service!!
A one star is actually too much. I used to like Vox and actually promoted them with friends and family. But I now needed to do transfer of ownership and their services, especially from Lente Terblance, is terrible!!!! The one minute they say it is Vodacom's fault, the next minute it is a Vox problem. Things cannot go on like this.
