Poor Service!

I want to terminate all business with Vox due to the extremely poor service I have received from last week Monday. I called a few months ago to get help with my router and was told that some one would get back to me, but no one bothered to call, so I did not call back. On Monday 20th October I called the call center for assistance, and a gentleman tried to help but was not successful. He said that someone would phone the next day to assist but no one phoned. I’ve been contacting Vox via the portal every day and it’s the same story, someone will phone the next day but nothing!! Now I called the call center again, was put on hold for a long time and the call was cut. No one bothers to call back. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from Vox. I am now looking into other service providers who will show greater respect for their customers.

Please can I have some feedback ASAP.
