POOR SERVICE !!!
Your service has been declining. I have to wait for hours on the phone just to speak to someone. As a long-standing client with VOX, I'm tired of the poor service I receive. Even the technical team takes forever to respond, and the WhatsApp chats are pointless as you never respond. I will be moving to Afrihost and ending all my services.
