Poor service

Very disappointed in the service that I have been receiving from you guys lately reported 6 days ago that I am having issues with my LTE network and kept being promised that someone will call me back ,but it seems that I always have to be the one that calls to feedback for a service that I pay monthly I can't be the one calling to get feedback everytime
