POOR SERVICE
Getting hold of someone at VOX is the worst thing possible. Been trying for 15 mins. No one available. Called and spoke to receptionist and she just transferred me to a number that no-one answers. Everytime the the same thing. And they wonder how to keep their clients happy. PATHETIC SERVICE
