Poor service delivery from Vox telecom

I've been with Vox since 2018 and had relatively good service. Since the beginning of April something went wrong and from then I had no internet to very slow internet. Most parts of the day rhe internet was off. Since the 29 of March I've sent several ail and since the 1st of April I've been on WhatsApp almost daily and for long times. A lot of tickets have been opened and closed but my problem continues. My router have been changed when a technician visited my house. The longer the problem continues the less action I'm receiving from Vox and they just close the tickets. I'm really disappointed in them and would thought that a supervisor would have contacted me a long time.
