Poor service delivery

Its been 3 weeks since my order , sales and everything goes through almost in 2 days but then its just wait and wait while being charged for not getting the service how is this possible ? Looking at the reviews here , really having regrets to trust a company with just good sales staff you would expect more in actual service delivery
