Poor service delivery

Vox is taking advantage of the load shedding to deny customers internet connectivity and queries are not attended to in time.

Hi Vox, thanks very much for your response and I am happy to report that I got a call from Vox this morning and the problem is sorted.
Please we don't have to air our frustrations in public before we get our needed service. At least you didn't not keep quiet. Thanks 😊 once again.
