Poor service delivery at Vox Telecom
I ordered a WiFi-mesh to be installed at my house. I have been waiting for close to a month now, but the part has not been dispatched yet. If you phone their office, you are transferred from one office to the next. No one seems to understand you! This is poor service! I would not recommend them!
