Poor service delivery

I would advice not using Vox, my experience with them as an ISP provider is a nightmare, the lack of feedback and updates on my order was and is a disaster, now, my efforts to cancel the contract and have the fibre line released us even more non customer friendly, the put it mildly. I started 3 months ago with my initial application, I still do not have a connection, nor do they want to release the line for my alternative ISP supplier to complete the order. Avoid this experience and get away from Vox as far as possible
