poor service delivery

I am very disappointed in the service of a company that came highly recommend. We have been with this company for a total of three months and have had more problems than could be experienced in a life time Trying to contact staff on a head office level will led you to a voicemail . You can leave a message or five, but don't expect to get a return call. Currently we do not have any service as our contract was cancelled (still do not know why) even paid a cancellation fee and a month in advance to get the service up and running (last week )in desperation to be able to work and run our business To date no service . The poor salesman that originally assisted us is trying his level best to get the service up and running but unfortunately he is one man against the rest Where is your sense of pride
