Poor service - Delayed Router delivery

I am not happy with the service I received from Vox. When I enquired about their fibre internet service, the set-up and delivery of the router process seemed easy especially considering the fact that unit we moved into had vumatel fibre and vox as their service provide before we moved in.

I signed up and was messed around at first with vumatel having to configure the line, now that the line is configured and working, now I must wait for the router to be delivered. Why could they not deliver the router while they were waiting for vumatel to sort out the line. Almost the whole week and still nothing.

I work from home, with no internet, I cannot service clients. Why does it take so long to send a router. No I must be inconvenienced with going to the office for work when I am supposed to be working from home, and them staying late there to do research after hours for my studies.

But then my billing process for vox commenced already and but I cannot use the internet because I have no router.

Weak service.
