Poor service!!!
I have been paying for a 20mbps line however after doing a speed test it revealed I am only getting a 9.5mbps line. I logged this with and a manager was supposed to phone me - I am still waiting. A technician was supposed to contact me to make an appointment - I am still waiting. Poor Service!!!

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
The services was initially on the 10/10 and was migrated at no cost to 20/20, the Network Provided re provisioned the speeds , and is now testing correctly.
Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.
There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services. There is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or email, ***
